You can start your trip by asking What do you think of Hillary as President? It's gets real quiet after a little while.

US, Brent crude fall more than $1 on Kuwait, Saudi reports.

"...Saudi Arabia privately told oil markets that it is ready to accept oil prices perhaps down to $80 a barrel."

 Holy year-end profits, Batman!

Just reviewing the 2015 Enrollment Handbook, They are really pushing the HSAs accounts and left out the DPMP option. I know that I am one of the few that uses the contactual Delta Pilots Medical Plan, but would like to see a apples to apples comparison.

DPMP is broke.

Please explain.

Just to be clear, the DPMP, not DPMA is what you are referring to.

DPMA is a contractually mandated medical plan, broke or not, it should be offered.

Not quite. The 32.5% pay cut was "pre Moak." Everything else, plus the 10 years we've spent NOT pursuing restoration, came under Moak and his disciples. I guess technically maybe he lost $900,000 instead of $1 million under Moak.

The paycut was part of LOA 46. It included extensive changes to work rules and retirement. Moak was not involved. When he became involved the airline was in Chapter 11 and we faced a 1113 motion in court.

Let me jump up on a soap box for a minute.

I think the greatest potential threat to our careers in the short term is ebola. Here's why.

Americans are freaks about their well being. Flu season is approaching. Airplanes are packed. I think what is going to happen is any case of run of the mill flu is going to be considered by passengers a potential apocalyptic ebola case. Best case: the schedule is going to bog down due to incidents like the this: Bustle
Worse case: people stop buying airline tickets (especially international) at the same time we are negotiating our contract.

My take: be prepared when your passengers mistake flu symptoms for ebola. It is going to happen a lot in the coming months. Be prepared to educate them and to follow company and CDC guidelines when you encounter symptomatic passengers.

I think it's going to be a problem that is going to temporarily affect operations and demand, the timing of which could postpone the gains we deserve for another 3 years.
