Not to mention, the stupidity of saying "are you better off now vs then?" Most people were better off in 2007 vs. 2001, and look what changed in a bit over a year after that measurement period.

It is stupid to assign blame or credit to one person for the condition of the economy. But, if a person suggests some are not prospering because of one person, it's a fair assessment to counter their point.

I'm actually challenging his insinuation that the majority of people aren't doing better.

Ie., if Buzz says we all would have prospered if Obama had been successful, then I at lest get to challenge the assertion that we haven't been prosperous.

As of now, and as of when Buzz posted, I don't know of anyone who isn't better off (more prosperous) then they were in 2008.

Which are usually followed by something similar by fiigmo.
