How did it turn out? I couldn't get past about the 30 second mark, probably the stupidest thing I've ever downloaded from YouTube.

This thread would wither and die if ACL was sworn to secrecy by a non-disclosure agreement, so the results are good (for APC, anyway.) AG seems like a pretty solid guy as well.

a) did you run? and b) I vote for you? :D Alfa was more than correct when he stated that we do not need to divide this group going in to 2012. I implore each and every pilot go get behind their Council reps and support this union. Make your voices heard. Make your opinion heard, and make your reps work for you!!! Mondo and Larry will work very well together. The two CA reps should work well together too. We as a group have a fairly good chance of C44 coming to a consensus with this group. The pilots (38% of them) spoke and now it is time to get behind them!! I am, and I would be happy if you did too! That does not mean they get a free ride. What it means is that we support them and give them our input. When it is clear what the group wants it is easy to lead. Make them direct our MEC as we see fit. |

For those DAL pilots who live in Michigan (and especially in the DTW/Ann Arbor area), the company just posted a memo on DeltaNet saying that University of Michigan Health System (UMHS) will be in-network starting in 2010.
For us who live in the the DTW/Ann Arbor area, this is great news. We found ourselves having to use out of network providers or drive some decent (for us at least) distances to use in-network hospitals. Nice that Delta pulled through on this! For the folks in DTW, this is huge. The in-network without UMHS was not so hot. Nu |
Question - if the new rest and rule requirements are passed by the FAA, will that make delta properly staffed, short staffed, or even more fat.
Thanks |
