Since we're discussing sick time quick question. Is it true if your out long term sick on June 1st your bank doesn't replenish? If so when would it replenish?

It will replenish when you return to active status AND become fully qualified in your seat.

Paris

Hi All,

First time trip to Paris with family (2 teens)...any ideas of places to stay or itineraries for 3 days?

Also, curious if it is oversold in the back and wide open in front...will they end up putting those people up front?

Do the crew hotels offer employee rates still? If so, how do you get it? email or call?

Thanks

Yes.

They will upgrade the amount the back is oversold by if they need to, and zero non-revs will get on.

They must have changed their policy. In the past, an international coach pax had to pay a large fee to be upgraded to first class. Those seats were just too expensive.

Any of you guys airfare gurus? We want to forgo the nonrev stress and buy tickets from DTW to S. Florida for the kids winter break in mid Feb. I've been checking fares for awhile now, and our fares are in the $700-800 range for anywhere in FL! Loads are pretty wide open too. The same routes in January are around $300, so I'm hoping that as it gets closer, maybe next month the prices will come down? I can't see how we can fill a plane to a leisure market such as FLL charging $800 for a ticket.

With all the bigs profits seen by the industry this past year, expect to see a lot more of these types of fines/complaints on behalf of the government. Remember only politicians are allowed to lie, steal, or mislead legally.

Plus if a business ever used a public road or police/fire services, then they didn't build that profit in the first place. The government is just taking what rightfully belongs to them—I mean, "the people".

I don't know if waiting will result in cheaper tickets. Gutsiest move I've ever saw.

Sadly Contrails is correct. They've been doing that for a couple years.

Good resolution that would have gone a long way for this MEC's credibility.

This is the problem folks. Right here.

That changed about 7 years ago when the EU started imposing large fines for every passenger denied boarding. The Clampetts can ride in business for free!
