I've been here 25 years, and he already knows more about the company, how to bid properly, max his earnings, get max days off, and not get fired for jury duty, and he's only been here like a month! Sheesh! Next thing you know, he'll be giving me my next line check! |

What is the consensus on the 76-4 in NY, just can't see them staying or doing international after the 330s come into the base.
The FEB crew resources news letter is out. It has a base by base flying outlook for 2015 along with tons of additional info. There will be a small shift in 767-400 flying to ATL but no plans to close NYC. Virtually everything being talked about on the forum is discussed in this letter. Everyone should take the time to read it. One tidbit, 717 flying may be headed to the west coast but will be staffed out of DTW. No West base. |

Good info and they explained the contingent awards much better than they did when they released the bid. |
Looks like Porsche is going to be joined by Mercedes in Atlanta. Wonder if we will get into a bidding war for who drives around our VIPs.

Doesn't matter, Mercedes or Porsche, at some point one of those Atlanta Delta tugs will kick their ass.

There is confusion about the 330 coming to NY. Everyone seems to think it's coming to replace the 767-400. That is not the case. The 330 flying is already in NY. They are moving the pilots to the flying.

For the month of February there is a ton of new MSP flying on the 717 in the ATL bid packet. And DTW flying. I guess that frees DTW up to do west coast flying.
