Yeahbut contractually they're not required to post until 1800E on the 17th of the month. I don't know if weekends slow things down or not...seems like they do.

Since this bid closed on a Friday, maybe that's what's going on.

Or they're messing with us FOs.

Sometimes not until the contractual requirement on the 17th... Bs vary widely normally from the 14th to 16th.

Try the backdoor for B's. It's open for business.

Update: Front door is open too.

Bs are out. FYI the "backdoor" didn't work. The one where you change the "a" to a "b" or the month.

Discuss.

I think an FA was messing with you. There is no reason the company would give them that big of a pay bump. I hope they do get it so we can show the NMB that Delta is capable of giving double digit pay raises.

On the one hand I agree with you.

On the other, given our 20% plus profit sharing this year and easily 25% next year, 14.5% is cost neutral. If they have the severe reductions we origionally agreed to.

It will also cause anarchy at American, SWA and United.

Last but not least, it will help reduce the odds of a new Union for the flight attendants.

We should hear the details soon.

If they get a 14.5% pay raise and give up a maximum of 5.74% in profit sharing on what planet is that cost neutral?

For some reason there is no reasons report for the ATL 73N B's.

What gives?

Scheduling Question for the experts.

I bid reserve for October and my goal was to only make 1 commute to do it (long story....). I said I didn't want to fly on 30, 31, 1, 2, 3, 4, etc.. up to the 12th. So basically I'd be on reserve from 12-28 Oct. Just got my schedule and it's broken my reserve into 3 blocks (3-5 Oct and then two blocks starting on the 10th but ending early than I wanted).

I look at the people less senior to me and there plenty who have reserve on every one of the days I wanted to be on reserve. I thought when you put the days off you wanted in it went in the order you placed them, so worst case it should have put the the reserve days starting from the 12th and working backwards to the 1st.

Anybody know why it ended up this way? Reasons report just says "partially honored".

You need to submit a PBS bid inquiry. This message board can be helpful but the best answer will come via the bid inquiry that goes straight to the PBS committee. It is also the only way to pursue any contractual remedy, if one is warranted.
