Both. Normally DeltaNet first.
But you can sometimes backdoor individual results on iCrew before they publish the whole thing.
There are guys sitting at home hitting "refresh" on the Crew Resources page right now.
Don't be that guy. Its not healthy.

You gotta wonder if they have to pick up the phone and call marketing before they hit the enter key. This was a nice size bid. Everybody's gonna feel the effects.
Bar,
You're something of a car guy. I am not a ford guy generally and have been hunting for the right 1955 chevy 2 door post to be my next project. Well, I stumbled upon a 1957 ford 300 2 door without a motor/Trans. I'm considering a 2012 5.0/6speed for it. The body lines and stance on that 57ford absolutely got me.
The plan:

I negotiated a 51 chevy convertible 2 for 1 in the deal...I'll be ebay ing.
I'm finishing a bagged 66 c10 short fleet 350/th350.
Drivetrain thoughts? 427/4 speed? 5.0/6 speed...too much bad stuff on the 4.6

Not that I'm against the F/A's union, but what makes you think that it still wouldn't be mgmt's line for any improvements.
If you watch the AA negotiations or others, the F/A union (and others) almost always do a "me too" clause as the first sentence so that when other unions get something, it's in their contract too.
With dual unions, it'll probably be even more prevalent.

I can personally tell you that it's not so much about trying to get a bunch of money for many of us...it's about accountability and not worrying about being fired over something stupid.
We just had a girl get fired the other week because while deplaning she was in the back galley and sent a text to her daughter who was sick and another F/A took a picture of her and sent it in to management. Tell me that's not *******ed up.
You have no idea, maybe you do, of how many senior mamas hide in the forward galley while deplaning the 75/76 through the 2L and are texting, emailing, or just plain talking on their phones.
Well if the F/A's voted in a union they would probably include industry standard caps in a contract. That would require the company to hire thousands of new flight attendants. They might also have to give them a lot more in DC money. They would probably have to award all flying by seniority and that would certainly hurt our highly profitable sports charter business. You would also have to deal with a service slowdown as the flight attendants attempt tp pressure the company in negotiations.
Of course we could go non Union. I suspect the very first thing the company would do is eliminate all caps for us. You can kiss your advancement goodbye for a long time! They will tell you it's a pay raise and for your own good!

Do you know if PAFCA (Dispatchers) have "me too" clauses in their contract at Delta?

Yes, i'm aware. Not sure someone should be terminated for it on their 1st or 2nd offense though.
You can get just as fired with a union. Look at the NW 320 guys. The new hire FAs all over their phones as soon as the wheels hit the ground are asking for it. Do they think the announcements don't apply to them? So is that why they need a union? So that they can flaunt the regs with impunity?
