I seriously didn't make this. But we could have I guess.

Our boobs are small evidently.

I think if Alaskan Aeroflot and THE Delta Air Lines merged, we should call the merged airline,

And we all get stapled to the bottom of the Dash 8 list.

I also like how you left the newly-merged company name on the side ... We would have to teach all y'all how to spell "airlines," however.

On second thought, maybe we could paint just one aircraft with that ugly widget-y thing, in honor of all the bubbas.... Sort of like y'all did with the red tails of NWA ...

Eskimo??

I thought it was a United flight attendant all these years.

Contract question:
They're awarding greenslips today in my Base and Category. An open rotation was posted, then removed, then assigned to a reserve pilot in another base. Should that trip been assigned as a greenslip in my base?

Wow. That chick with the widget head is HOT.

Extra apcf beers to anyone who can photoshop a similar widget head onto an underboob pic. That would be arousing.

First ask yourself the question: From what bid package/base did that flying originate. Out of base reserves flying uncovered open time is standard procedure for "system reserves" at straight pay. Now go look at the other bases and view daily trip coverage and see how that flying was assigned. If given out as a normal reserve assignment then you have no valid gripe. Scheduling will try and maximize the use of reserves, even out of base reserves to cover trips.

Check section 23 N and O and it will give you the steps for trip coverage. Out of base reserves come before green slips as I recall.

This is an old story, but worth re-visiting. It's about airline CEO pay and their competitive compensation, on the global context. Very interesting.

I am NOT advocating for a pay-cut for R.A. Simply, that the people in the front office (pilots) be compensated commensurate with what we bring to the table, so to speak.

Widget porn. We've sunk to a new high.

No no. You are correct. So if we see that in the TA.

We're leaving "Alaska" only on the jets that service Juno. That way, we'll get in. Otherwise, it's Delta!;)
