Any "Latest & Greatest" about Delta?
No you do not. You only get PB days for GS or IA.
YS'ing on XX days is generally equivalent to working for free. An exception would be if you were going to exceed guarantee for the month.
Also, under previous RSV rules, guys would sometimes try to "fill up" before the end of the month (think Xmas or thanksgiving) by YSing on XX days. This is very difficult to do now with ALV+15 and the bucket system.

BTW, I fully plan to bid what I want. I was just extremely surprised to see such interest in the 717. I thought my main competition would be those who were 'non-vol'd' to NYC because of their SSN, most of whom I am senior to. I am sure there are a few domiciled in NYC who live in ATL and are betting on the come that some of the summer-off seat-lock guys will be leaving. I just figured they'd wait an AE or two to see how things settle out and not jump immediately back in. Worst (non black swan) case I eat NYC until my 1-year seat lock expires and then I'd probably be bidding straight to a line on another NB. *shrug* My NYC schedule is pretty good next month so it's not like the end of the world.

In the past a rsv was considered full at ALV-2:00. You couldn't be assigned a trip to exceed ALV. Now they can take you much higher than in the past, hence my comment about YS'ing on RSV not really being worth it anymore.

Ah, yes. ALV+15. A c12 concession that was sold by Dalpa as only being needed in international categories.
Let's learn from the past and not get fooled again.

You post that over and over again. Can you site a single source. The only source I have ever seen was the company requested it for trip coverage on 4 day and longer trips both domestic and international. We asked for and received two offsets for ALV 15 to prevent job loss which were including known absences in determining when a reserve is full and reducing when a reserve is full to the reserve guarantee from the ALV. So far it looks like we got the better deal!

I find it interesting that the ER B to A ratio is sooooo far out of whack.
There are 285 ER B spots posted and only 18 A's. I get that the fleet needs more FO's overall due to augmented legs, but that seems a little excessive to be the explanation.
Any ideas? Buzz, Rocky, Roadkill any of you guys bidding A out west?
I agree with FTB, bring the flying back to ATL!
Seriously, happy for the out-west guys. Nice to see some movement for you finally.
