New hire here. Just to make sure I understand, I can book/ride the jumpseat to/from international destinations as long as its available in icrew, right? Looking to go to BKK through NRT. Thanks!

Yep! You have to be booked 24 hours prior, IIRC.

Out of base GS given out today at 3:09 for the late London. Looks highly irregular and based on the months awards I find it hard to believe no NY 7era had a in base request in. If you did have a GS in and were legal for the trip call Skeds and claim your free 16 hours pay.

Is there any recourse to this scenario.

Was supposed to end rotation today, awarded GS for tomorrow.

Ended up getting rerouted and now don't end up finishing current rotation until tomorrow. GS is gone, awarded now to someone else.

I know I get some reroute pay, but is the GS just gone now?

Thanks

More like call in and have scheduling put you on hold for 10-15 so they can come back and tell you their supervisor is looking at it and will call you back. Then when you never get the call back you call the next day and they say, "Yeah, someone senior to you had a GS request in." So they get paid. Which is great, but who wants to do all the work for someone else?

I watched them go through the list and they called me sometime after 2 pm. (couldn't make it.). I even watched them go through a few GS #2's. NYC was short Er captains all month.

Thanks,
TD gives you roughly 50% (all taxable) and DPMA gives the other approx 50% (not taxable since it comes from after tax contributions). Both together will get you somewhere around 90%. TD pays for 26 weeks and DPMA for 1 year.
