I have them. I'll post them on here later if I can figure it out. I'm on my phone right now.

I believe this AE is within the 60 day window of the opening bid which allows it to retain its "new" status.

Regarding ALPA med and our own Delta Doctor, both are EXCELLENT resources. We are extremely lucky to have them both! Also, in my past contact with the folks at Harvey Watt they are very professional and efficient.

Don't misunderstand my angst. It is not against our current programs. But what frustrates me is those that believe this is the best we can do. I just think we can do better.

Stay well!! LLAP!!

Thanks, I spoke to H Watt and Dr office and it doesn't seem as daunting now. Will send in all the paperwork just in case.

Great job all!
I just checked and they have exceeded their goal. I'm sure we all understand that good insurance is a blessing, but in situation such as this, there are expenses that no one could ever plan. If you haven't given, please continue to do so. They will go through this pretty quickly.

Let me take this opportunity to suggest that each of you look into long term care insurance. You can use funds from your HSA account to pay most of the premiums.

Good job everyone. Now, let's see some of the smilely pictures from around the world.

Thanks, I used to have them. I guess looking at payrates from over a decade ago got to much for me so I must have deleted them. Where is Mickley when you need him?

No, doesn't sound like a job for a ALPA rep....maybe someone on the staff who doesn't fly and has an ALPA retirement, but more likely you just have to live with it.

In the multi-page setup guide that came with the surface, there was a default password listed. If you're thrown that away, you can get it on DeltaNet/Electronic Flight Bag/Surface Tablet/Setup Instruction & Personal Profile setup - it's on page 6.

After you setup your personal profile, go to the Windows Store to download free apps, there is a free Kindle app.

You don't have to live with it at all. DALPA has two excellent people on staff who research these issues. They are busy and it can take a few days but they do a outstanding job. The company has granted them the same level of access that a crew scheduler has in the computer system. They can research every step taken and determine if you or another pilot should have been paid and insure that has happened. 1 800 USA ALPA and ask for contract admin.

thanks iaflyer! I'm into my "personal account" now, and on the store...
NOW I just have to figure out how to get nook or kindle downloaded WITHOUT being forced to create a Microsoft Account and let them "merge" my existing nook and kindle accounts with it!
GAH... I really WANT to try to like this efb, but they make it sooooo hard...
