Airline Pilot Central Forums - Any "Latest & Greatest" about Delta?

The SWA number came from the MIT study. They grayed it out because the number is in error and put a remark to that effect. I actually mailed and asked them about it and they said to use the 2012 number.

Where does this chart come from? I'd like to read more. "Averages" don't usually tell the whole story. I'm not the first to note that the average American has one testicle and one ovary...
