Any of you sailboat racers, here's a good time waster. You are the red boat, you'll see the black boat (the computer's boat) you are racing against as soon as you tack. Good luck!
SailRacer.net wind game. Can you do better than a computer. |

Well that was why I asked the question. At DAL, since you get the contribution without ANY match required on your part, you would have to be a blithering idiot to end up with $55K, and even then I am not sure it could be done. So I am trying to find out what his motive/point was in posting that.

The last AE had a couple of categories that would only be filled if guys bid out of NYC or DTW. So not really any new positions just shuffling of seats.
Does anybody know if it is the same situation on this AE? I did not see any comments from Crew Resources. 5 of the 765 B positions are based on 765 B's bidding out of NYC. Looks like those are the only contingent positions. |

I agree with you. I see it all the time on the -88. I used to call it to the captain's attention. I stopped speaking up unless I really fear for my safety because I have found that guys know exactly what they are doing and are doing it intentionally. Most guys just ignored me. Was this taught in the military? Honest question because it is not an anomoly or one individual. I feel like I'm in the minority vertical speeding with the g/s until capture.
