Thomas Lang is the best I've seen.

That is pretty amazing. Been playing for 35 years and the guy makes me feel like a Home Depot bucket drummer in the park.

Any of you sailboat racers, here's a good time waster. You are the red boat, you'll see the black boat (the computer's boat) you are racing against as soon as you tack. Good luck!

SailRacer.net wind game. Can you do better than a computer.

Crap, there goes my afternoon…..:D

Ha, great movie. Why do you suppose I just threw a chair at your head Nieman? Same thing happened at my first 737 oral. :)

I've been using that technique on my F/O's when we are in recurrent and doing visual approaches.

"Are you High or are you LOW!!?? Are you HIGH, or ARE YOU LOW??!!"

Then I throw my tablet at their heads, and start slapping them in the face! :D

Well that was why I asked the question. At DAL, since you get the contribution without ANY match required on your part, you would have to be a blithering idiot to end up with $55K, and even then I am not sure it could be done. So I am trying to find out what his motive/point was in posting that.

The economic assumptions are complete BS, that was the motive.

Fidelity's assumptions?

Does anybody know if it is the same situation on this AE? I did not see any comments from Crew Resources.

It looks like 10 of the ATL 777 positions are contingent on DTW 777 pilots leaving(A&B).

5 of the 765 B positions are based on 765 B's bidding out of NYC.

Looks like those are the only contingent positions.

Yes, if you don't manage your IRA/401K like a hawk on your own, you will wind up with basically nothing. Fidelity claims they will manage your money to a lucrative retirement, this is NOT the case.

I agree with you. I see it all the time on the -88. I used to call it to the captain's attention. I stopped speaking up unless I really fear for my safety because I have found that guys know exactly what they are doing and are doing it intentionally. Most guys just ignored me. Was this taught in the military? Honest question because it is not an anomoly or one individual. I feel like I'm in the minority vertical speeding with the g/s until capture.

As a former -130 pilot in the USAF, I was never taught this? We were told to stay above MSA or next approach segment alt until established on a segment of the approach.....don't descend to GS alt until you are established, clear of obstacles, etc etc
