I'm sorry but I'm not willing to give up one penny of negotiating money for improvements in this area.

I'd give a $.05 increase in perdiem if they gave us 2 pos space passes every year.

Many of our negotiated benefits flow to non-pilot employees as a practical matter, because Management does not want to give other unions an issue in their next organizing attempt.

I concur. However if booked several months out, the fly confirmed for less can be up to 60-70% off the cheapest flights you can fly otherwise. Close to date of travel they are sometimes worse than the regular fares.

good tip, Vortex. thank you. it's nice to read some constructive/positive posts around here.

Is there ever any discussion of improving/changing buddy pass travel? Can something like that be negotiated in the next TA?

Wasted capital.
PS commute may be a worthwhile improvement though.

Needless to say, they didn't bring anything to pawn or have any tattoos to add so their layover in Fayetteville, NC was very uneventful.

Agreed. I'd rather get rid of it alltogether in exchange for 2 positive space travel passes per year.
