On the other hand, I got called last night for a ys. Being it was the middle of the night, I slept through it. Checked and it went out on a gs. Someone owes me a beer.

Meanwhile Im sitting short call with a yellow slip looking at greens that went out.

Whatever, Im watching my little girl take a nap. Life works out.

This whole GS vs WS is a behavioral economist's wet dream. Classic game theory. No one owes you anything. No one knows exactly who'll get what. It's simply self-interest and risk-reward. Nothing wrong with that.

I've heard senior guys complain that junior guys WS'ed their GS (because, you know, they're entitled.) Hint: it's because the junior guy knew he wouldn't get it as a GS.

Somebody call Levitt and Dubner. They'd do a podcast on it in a heartbeat.
