Prior to joining Jet Airways, Piero was the Vice President Strategic Alliances of Delta Airlines, where he worked on the expansion of Delta’s international footprint. Currently at Jet Airways, Piero leads the function of Transformation and Business Development wherein he drives the strategic path, which helps business leaders understand the growth vision, business model, resource and risks.

This has been the pattern, place our guys in upper management of our partners we want to build JVs + equity "virtual mergers" with.

Looks like 70 Delta (mostly underwing?) jobs will be coming to RDU. There’s some speculation on Delta having bigger plans for RDU. Anyone here in the know?

Yes, Delta has plans for RDU. I don't have any specifics on AC or destinations. Some of that may be loaded in the reservation system though. It's on the list of markets we are looking to expand in. We're expanding there vs starting a war in CLT. It is a similar reason we are planning growth in AUS vs DFW or IAH.
