There is only ONE contractual remedy if one is warranted, and that is to submit a PBS Bid Inquiry. If nothing else, even if the system worked perfectly (which it does about 98% of the time) the guy in question will get a detailed answer from the PBS Committee.

That's obvious? Maybe "Delta IT" obvious, but not for normal humans. Should be done via ACARS.

Can I request/YS a short call before 1200 the day following vacation, or does the contract force schedulers to make 1200 the earliest?
