You can only bank credit, so no GS since they are pay, no credit. No limit to a monthly deposit so long as it doesn't take you over your 60 bank hours, but it's tough to make a huge deposit in a given month since it has to be credit in excess of 80 hours I believe.

It has nothing to do with the ALV, it's credit hours above 80. GS is pay no credit, so you cannot bank GS hours.

Someone asked a GS question:
Lineholder Credit at 70 for the month GS trigger at 75 Let's say he flies a 10 hour GS trip ========= What is his pay? 80 +5 GS? ps. no bank hours available. Forgive my ignorance, dgs guy here. Thanks |

NASA please explain how you are a 29 year old MIT grad that sucks at sentence construction, got hired at the regionals in the 90's (when you were 15), and somehow forgot to include your A380 and E190 time in your post on the UAL hired thread? You must have felt that those were not important to share with the others on that thread I'm sure.. You have no credibility here.

Look at PWA 12.0. The maximum deposit is 20 hours in a month. Tip--If you want to put all available time over 80 into the bank, you can just ask to put in 20 hours (the max) and the system will put in whatever it can at the end of the month. |
Reserve help. Specifically bidding golden days. Seems pretty idiot proof, in which case I'm a genius as I never seem to do it right. No matter what I request I generally end up with my first six x days becoming golden days. I have no idea what I'm doing wrong, or who to ask (far as I can tell I'm following the sched ref handbook). I'm fairly senior on reserve, if that isn't too much of a oxymoron, so expect to get more or less what I ask for.

Help? If that's what you are doing. Nothing else I see you can do. Denny |

First, just to make sure, you put you golden day bid in icrew>bids>initial bid. Icrew lists your X days there. I always try and start every X day group with at least one golden day. For May I've got X days 2-8, 14-17, and 26-29. On the template I bid 2 May, 3 May, 14 May, 15 May, 26 May, and 27 May. (I received all the days as bid) Bid your highest priority first and, again, always try to start an X day grouping with golden days.
