IA robocalls don't know your future schedule, I get IA calls all the time for trips that would be with conflict.

While on the topic of robocalls... I was on rotation yesterday with a 0500 report for a 0600 push and got a robocall at 0400 telling me I had been rerouted. The reroute didn't change the route at all, just my 1st leg was a DH on the exact same flight I'd originally been scheduled to fly. I was on a 30 hour layover so there was plenty of "opportunity" to get 8 hours sleep; however, the robocall was 30 minutes prior to my planned alarm and it woke me up. Other than having a heart attack that I'd overslept pickup I wasn't much the worse for wear; however, could it have been interpreted as interrupting my opportunity for 8 hours sleep?

edit: and for the haters -- no I don't pick up my phone on rotation, but even on vibrate my phone will sometimes wake me up. When you see CS on the caller ID screen it gets your attention when you don't think they should have any reason to be calling you :p.

How do we bid if the PBS tab takes me to an error page?

Did they even test this crap before going live?

More keystrokes to do the same thing and a bunch is dead links. How did SD say there was positive feedback...was the positive feedback from the developer?

Type in navtec, PBS, delta in Google. Click on that. Then save the website. One click from then on!

My least favorite is the PBS schedule page. The old graph that required 1 click to find your schedule now requires I enter information into 3 stupid drop down windows and then click search.

The whole website seems to be contracted out to a vendor.

I was told by the helpdesk that macbook+chrome was a bad combination.

Safari seems to work.

The main company site, the mobile site, and deltanet all need to be trashed, and redesigned. Even the first thing you see, is a popup to tell me my browser isn't compatible, and has a microscopic close window x, that is almost impossible to click on a mobile phone, that is unacceptable. If a browser is not compatible you put a warning banner, not a pop-up. They should just copy United's site.

I'd like to take a bit more positive attitude. The new DL net Positively Sucks.

Repeated attempts to access Icrew and being re routed back to the homepage, and then being locked out due to too many login attempts. You would think they would test this stuff more thouroughly before they put it out. Obviously coincides with EB taking the helm, Fresh look etc. Worthless as an operational tool.
