Anyone with recent experience commuting from VPS to NYC on 717 or 73N?

Possible to commute on both ends?
Thanks

Majority of lines on 717nyc are non-commutable unless you are top 10%

717 is easy to get to ATL quick and lines in ATL are commutable on both ends. A friend of mine is looking at changing aircraft and he has been studying the bid packages. 320 is the most commutable in NYC.

I got off probation today. Anyone know where I can find one of those fancy orange lanyards?

First off, Congrats! Contact your local LEC rep or the Strike Committee. Contact info is listed on the Dalpa website. If you can swap, drop or move rsv days, there's picketing in all bases 6/24.

Welcome to the fight. We will earn a great contract the old fashioned way.

NYC 73N has a good amount of commutable 4 and 5 day trips. Very few commutable on both ends 3 day trips

Quick question for the brotherhood of APC,

If I do a personal drop of a trip from the 29th-2nd, I can GS or WS a trip that starts on the 28th or 30th. I just cant pick up anything that starts on the 29th. Do I understand this correctly.

Thanks in advance,
BFS

If you're talking about May, I don't think you can do it. Memorial Day weekend (28-30May) falls within that time period and limits PD's and APD's 2 days prior to that holiday. If you're talking June, it's just going to be a reserve coverage issue, and if approved, you couldn't pick up anything on the 29th, but fair game after that. That's my understanding.

In ATL the LEC reps have stuffed their files.

Congrats
