Where do I park at on the DL campus? And where does the shuttle pick up?
Gracias.

There's a fenced off section of the GO lot (near the 757 static display), the bus runs every 15 minutes and you always just miss one. Employees only, no family. Bus marked GOE. Info is 2 years old, but that's how it used to be.

For ease of use, we use the Parking Spot #2 on Camp Creek Rd. at the corner of the intersection with 285. Allows me to stay with the family and avoid the wife trying to lugs kids & bags while spending money in the airport waiting for me (wife & 2 kids + Starbucks = $23).

With your Delta ID the Parking Spot charges something like $5 a day. Their vans run constantly and they give your wife and kids free drinks when you check out (so they can say they have to go to the bathroom before you get home ... but that happens after the Starbucks too)

Also know that bus can be tricky to identify. Easy to get on the wrong bus coming from the airport (or maybe that's just me :o) Cost, if bored wife likes to shop can be >$200.

Still think it is best to escort wife and kids (especially girls) straight past airport retail vendors and into a van.

I did the exact same thing. Plus the parking is covered, think that makes it $6/day or so with your Delta ID. I think I stay at #1 from the south side, google maps is your friend for which one is more convenient.

Thanks all. Pay when you get to spot, or on checkout?

Take a picture of that and she will not have a job tomorrow!

It is totally against the rules to remove anything from the jet, including Charter food stuff.

Ask the charter coordinator about the rules!

Thanks Captain Hall Monitor, but the last thing we need is a culture of covert pictures and narking on each other. If there's an issue like that that warrants attention, Pro Stans is the way to do it.

Not to mention we'd have to fire thousands of rampies because if you've ever done a charter you'd know its SOP for them to swarm the plane and pick it cleaner than buzzards on an antelope carcass. :p

Check out. Also an option for them to wash your car while it's parked. Free water and/or soft drink for everybody in the car when you leave :).

Hi Guys! I ran into Guard Dude tonight. Remember the guy who started this thread back in 2007. I bought him a few beers and had a great talk. He is doing great and thinking about upgrade to the left seat in the near future.

PCS PD question.

I've got a PD request in PCS. After the run, it is saying "Does not meet contractual time limits."

What does this mean? I've already dropped two other trips, and my line is down to 42 hours. Is there a limit to how much I can drop?
