The "Y" under the SA means there is a Special Airport (SA) qual required. Usually via self certification after viewing videos. Others require a Line Validation Pilot to ride along with the captain.

Now I have a question... when viewing Open Time there's a new column on the far right that has an "SA" acronym. Under that column rotations that are unassigned sometimes have a "Y" next to them. My only guess is that someone on reserve has submitted a yellow slip for that corresponding rotation. I somehow doubt that is correct. Anyone know? Crew Scheduling has no idea... big surprise

I think it means one (or more) of the airports in the rotation is a Special qual Airport, i.e., one for which you need to review the pictorials before you go (within 12 months).

**Edit: what NoAgenda said.

Thanks all. Now how about monthly schedules. They only go back to May and I can't type in a month.

iCREW
-> Schedules (tab)
-> Schedule-Month (top selection)
-> In the open "type it in" box, enter the first day of your requested bid period in ddMMMyy format. (e.g. 31JAN16/02MAR16/01APR16)
-> Select "display/print entire pilot schedule"

** Note: First day of bid period is not always first day of the calendar month. (Possibly what's giving your search problems?)

To get the rotation data from those old rotations that can't be pulled up the normal way on iCrew go to Pay/Hours then Flight Time Log.

Sorry for a dumb question, but how does one see how much sick time they have in icrew? I cannot find it.
