Anybody ever jumpseat ATL - HNL?


Going early April and assuming aircraft would be full. Pretty sure it's an Airbus 330.

I did it opposite direction once. It's pretty comfortable after the guys start their break schedule. The 3rd pilot seat rotates and reclines nicely.

Anyone know why we aren't combining the A350 and A330 fleets? Cathay and now Lufthansa pilots are flying them both. FAA saying no to that possibly?

The Rhode Island section was questionable. RI has a population of about 1 million people, the UAE just over 9 million, and Qatar another 2 million. Those ME3 numbers include expats living in those countries, primarily those from the poor countries of southern Asia and Africa and to a lesser extent westerners. If you only account for native Emirates and Qataris then those numbers are much closer.
