Unfortunately, Trump isn't going to lift a finger to help the US airline industry compete with the ME3 so Ed's little pep speech won't amount to anything tangible.
Despite his claim that he wants fair trade deals, Trump has a personal stake in a good relationship with the UAE due to his business. He doesn't strike me as the type of guy to take one for the team to further the cause of fair trade or justice. Add in his obsession with Boeing and this issues is DOA. |

Ed was always called the numbers guy, but watching this speech I can see his passion for this company. Well done I'm fired up as well, especially after hearing the Rhode Island segment

 Propaganda geared for the unsuspecting, while he is outsourcing all of our wide body flying to cheaper run airlines utilizing JVs, codeshares and investments. All he worries about is his bonus, paycheck, Miami penthouses and pension.

Anyone know why we aren't combining the A350 and A330 fleets? Cathay and now Lufthansa pilots are flying them both. FAA saying no to that possibly?
