You would have to fly with SAS to have that.

The scenario is, a 4 day worth ~23 hrs, all block. Weather delays so get ~1 hr of overblock, then rerouted into a higher block turn in the middle of day 2, so now the trip is at +1.5 hrs. But then we time-out at the end of day 2 and are given domicile layover which removes about 4 hrs of flying, taking the trip back down to the original 23 hrs pay.

My question is, do we have any protection for the extra block we flew if later in the trip we go underblock? Or is it just rotation guarantee?
Had somewhat similar situation last summer. And I might be wrong/missing something with the differences in situations, but I’m going for the true daily double with NO. Mother D got that pay back from you.
Sorry, amigo.

That's kind of what I figured, just wishful thinking that maybe I missed something, thanks.

I don't think you get any extra pay for the extra flying day 2. I would check into your reroute because it could be illegal. If scheduling knew about that flying more than 14 hours out they cannot reroute you into it. This happens all the time and you get a lot of extra pay if you fly the reroute then tell scheduling it was an illegal reroute.

14 hours out CS must put uncovered legs into open time and run the trip coverage ladder. Reroute is step 21 of that process unless the legs are part of your original rotation, in which case they can immediately put it back on your line.

Question.

If you get inversely assigned a trip and get to the airport to be told they made a mistake and they offered it to a green slip guy first, what is the remedy if at all? They said they would pay me the original credit but would not pay me the premium pay due to the IROP they lost track and made a mistake. Thoughts?

Pretty sure if you show and they then NOOP, you only get single pay. Never heard of anyone not flying AND getting premium pay.
