To no one in particular...are we ever going to get a MiCrew that fully replaces iCrew? Or will we just be stuck with three versions that all do slightly different things for the next ten years? Does anyone know who to email, etc. about our dissatisfaction with 1980s iCrew? Every chance I get I put it in company surveys.

I hate to complain so much because I really love flying for Delta but man iCrew just drives me nuts! Don't hit "OK" to save this entry, you must use pf12!
I did LOL at that, not only because I always get the error message from still trying to hit "OK" but also because it amuses the hell out of me that we are still using a skin over a teletype system that is so closely related that it doesn't even try to hide the teletype part of it.

“Sorry, that does not meet the password requirements, please try again.”

(But we won’t tell you what those requirements are)

The plan is to have MiCrew replace iCrew. However, MiCrew is programmed by Georgia Tech interns (not joking) so who knows how long it will take.

So that’s an improvement, right?

The irony is the collective IT community has made it so difficult (and often) to change passwords, that the only way is to have a "system", which actually makes it less secure at the end of the day...

The worst was the military though, with 16 digit PW's and all different requirements for caps/special/excluded characters, the only other way to remember your SIPR password was to write it down...

I don't think anyone will be able to crack the code on my "system". I move my keyboard pattern to the left instead of to the right.
