I remember a captain called up Christmas Island once to break the monotony. Guy was super happy to actually have someone to talk too

Question swap with pot:

Sorry for the dumb question, I did try searching. I am trying to swap a 5 day for two 3 day trips in open time. I want both trips otherwise I don’t want the swap. Do I list the trips I want using the columns ie up and down or do I go across using the rows in the same line? Basically how do I make it so I will give me both trips? Sorry for the confusing question.

List across....up and down are order of preference.

It’s self explanatory where to list the trip you want to get rid of.

You want to list the trips you want to swap for on the same line....across.

Can someone explain what NOOP means. I have a trip that seems to have been removed and it says NOOP. Doesn't show any pay or credit on my time card for it and it’s not in open time either. Anything I should know about this?

No Operate.

If you are REG, you should be pay protected.

You may be eligible for recovery obligation (know through personal experience) though under certain circumstances of which I'm too lazy to look up right now because in this instance it doesn't effect me!

Does NOOP have any implications for a reserve?

If the NOOP does occur, do the long call and short call reserves go back to their respective long and short calls?
