Because there is no way that these tire marks were made by a '64 Buick Skylark convertible.

Nope, it was a Pontiac tempest

Does anyone know where I can change my HSA contribution amount? I went to Optum, but didn't see where I could change it. On Delta's self service I see the area, but it is grayed out. Is it a once in done for the whole year or can you change it throughout? Thanks for any info.

It’s on the benefits direct page. I can’t remember exactly where but I dug around a bit and found it. I just changed mine a couple of weeks ago.

Edit: Self service - benefits direct - life events - HSA contribution change

In a normal world, how many nights could I expect to be home being based in DTW flying the 320?

About 20-21, gone for 10 nights. Figure realistically two 4 day trips and a 5 day. About 70 hrs total. Same as Airshare!

With good seniority, many months of the year you could drop your awarded trips that were all on weekdays, and pickup shorter trips as they get broken into pieces, if your goal was to not be away a lot of nights. If you were less picky about the type of daytrips and 2-days, (a 4-leg daytrip, a 6-leg 2-day, etc.), even easier.

TYou can change it as often as you want - go to DeltaNet, self-service. Head towards the area like you are making a "Life Event" change to medical coverage. It will be there. Takes about three weeks to change. Ie. if you do it today, it won't take effect until the 11/30 paycheck.

Not quite true, it’s always been less than 2 weeks for me. I always change mine on the paycheck day before I want it to start (so if I want it to start on the 30th I’ll put the change in on the 15th. It has always started immediately that next paycheck when I do that.

The several times I've done it, say I do it on the 4th. It took effect on the 30th. When I called the service center about it, they said, no it just takes that long.

For example, I just went to Benefits direct just now to see what it said. I start the process to change the HSA contribution and it says it would be effect 11/16.. which is after the next paycheck.. so it would take effect 11/30. I suppose it you did it on 10/31, it might take effect just in time for the 11/15 paycheck. So - it takes two week minimum, so if you hit it juuuustt right, it would take two weeks, but it could take 29 days too if you're off by a day.
