That's not true...they didn't have Phantoms at Dang Troc, they flew F-105s. F-4s were over at Bang Ding Ow.

13,035 pilots on the latest January seniority list. Includes the 4 Jan class.

If I ever need a quick jolt of good news I love looking at this number getting larger.

Here’s to 2022 suckas!

Well done! That’d be funny if it weren’t so true.

Is there any other trick to learning your actual training date/month other than looking at the monthly conversion report? My "planned" conversion date from the AE results is rarely accurate.

Not really, it's a complete crapshoot and they don't seem to even have a grasp on when you'll go. The projection still shows guys training in Jan for guys who trained last Oct lol. My training has finally been uploaded into iCrew (for the 2nd time...here's hoping this one doesn't get pulled like the last one) and it's not even in the projected month, and 5 months after the original projection. Based on my experience, I wouldn't even bother trying to contact anyone in training, no one appears to answer voicemails, e-mails or the smartsheet. Our AE language is abysmal.

Just because it’s fun to imagine…

My FedEx friend with 10 years seniority was awarded 767 captain to sit at about 70% seniority in MEM. APC tells me that’s 319/hr, same as 777. If I understood correctly, awarded training slots are bid on each month. If you hold an upgrade award, you decide whether you do or don’t want to train next month and seniority dictates if you get what you want.

At 10 years, they also get 29 days of vacation to our 21, and theirs pay 6:00/day to our 3:45/3:30. Oh, and they get touching trips paid and can be guaranteed 48 hours off before vacation starts.

Sounds like some stuff to aspire to.

When it finally pops up in iCrew you'll feel like an epic quest has finally ended.

Keep an eye on the QT schedule. If you see people junior to you finish training by the 16th you should be pay protected starting that month, depending on how you checked the "Keep vacation" boxes on the AE.
