You will quickly find that "ACL" is the guy on here who somehow has the inside knowledge about fleet plans, bases, AE's and such. He says he's only putting the dots together, but normally when announcements are made, he's called it on here 2-6 weeks prior. There are other guys on here who get good gouge, too. But, he is the most consistent.

If you find him a picture of two lizards doing it with their privates blacked out, I'm sure he'll tell you what you want to know. (Don't ask) :D
