I have a question for those Scope experts. If Compass gets into the charter market and takes delivery of a couple more 175's to do them but paints them in Delta colors does that violate the scope limits? What about if they use E195s? As ACL likes to say just connecting a few dots.

If they are in DAL colors that is you issue. If not it is a different ball of wax. They can only do what is specified in the PWA for DAL. (Operational Spares count)

So you think they would have to create their own livery and paint them in that to do charters with any A/C in excess of what they have now? I wonder if Delta will be the booking agent though?

When we bid for vacation for next year, are we using senioriry for the position we are in now, or the position we will be in after the AE?

How do you see the reserve availability? I can't find it on Icrew. I know it goes by score but how do you locate the list. Also, does it list by senority number?
