I disagree with you there ACL. This is a no cost item that needs to be fixed. We should get a more even split on the pay checks. It really screws up on the with holdings, at least for me.

I like the fNWA way better. It was more of a 40/60 split. Much more manageable. I hope this is something that we can fix. I know the Council 1 guys are trying.

I was not stating anything in regards to the gripe on the pay schedule. It was a mere statement that the next one will be bigger than it has been.

You want it fixed, make it and issue and the MEC will deal with it or chose no action. I do not have a position on the issue. I have realigned how I pay my bills. I adapted. It was not fun at the beginning. I agree with that!

The way it was justified to us in new hire class was that "you'll get a check after you retire." It's part of hazing to become a deltoid. I got a 15 dollar check after new hire class, haha. Definitely an oddity here.

It's something that could easily be changed... I figure it's done that way because it's always been done that way.

I just assume have 35 hours on check 1 and whatever else is owed on check 2. But....well, that's just logical and stuff. :)

It'll all work out though. I'm happy I have paychecks coming, and I'm happy who the checks are coming from so it's all good. :)
