I think thats the kicker. They need people flying and cant afford to have everyone in training and thus the hose is bulging. They're in a predicament because they need bodies in the new positions but cant afford to move them from their current position. Thats going to cause problems at some point. :eek:

As for the flying, I don't want to complain, figure better job security. It was nice basically having the summer off, but I was definitely getting nervous about hearing the F word.
