Heyas,

Kevin Smith is a funny guy and a helluva comic book guy. I like his movies and I like the books he does for Marvel/DC.

With that said, SWA is WAY too nimble a company to be blindsided by a "United Breaks Guitars" type salvo from KS.

That shouldn't stop him from doing one, though, because it'd probably be really funny, and I'd be fun to watch the SWA fanbois heads explode over it.

Agreed.

What gives WN the edge is the fact that their debt is phenomenal. In essence where we need to be. If they start borrowing from Peter to pay Paul a lot of eyebrows will start to raise.

Oh well, bad on them. (BTW if true that should get out, the American Low Cost Airline investing in foreign interests) :D

Thinking out loud, but does anyone else think that the US Gobernment will realize that they sold the industry down the river with all of these Haneda slot requests? (Hope they go to Japan and tell them they need about 20-30 a day)
I mean, many Japanese airlines can go anywhere in our country and we only get four slots a day in to Haneda.......

How many beers should we bet that AMR comes out smelling like a rose again?

I would prefer that we do not bet what we rent. :D

Who knows, but the simple fact is that the US government should realize that by everyone filing on the first possible day that they made a gross underestimation of the needs to the US airlines.
