I have only seen outstanding work and the amount of money he has made this pilot group in dealing with the company on contract issues is well into the millions. He personally accounted for at least 5 percent of my income last year. What is more amazing is that he has accomplished this without having to file a grievance every day. He goes into any meetings with the company incredibly well prepared and leaves them with little option other then see things his way. Like everyone, I'm hoping for the best. If, however, the Negotiating Committee comes up with a TA that falls short of my expectations, "It's the most the company can afford", or "That's not a realistic expectation" isn't going to be an adequate explanation. |

Ref Scrappy. He is always there to answer scheduling questions etc. From my experience he appears to be wicked smart, and as others have stated he comes in prepared.
I know that he also had a major part to pay in many things. Some good some bad, but in my opinion he will help the delta pilots. I am happy with this choice. Reps done good! :D |

The reserve system does respect seniority, doesn't it? If you're senior, more often than not, you won't have to "bid" reserve. :D GJ (Too junior to even see above the most senior holder of reserve.) :cool: |

Understand, and for the record, COMPLETELY AGREE. Previous post intended to offer some humor to this recently turned "dismal" thread. ACL we need less moderator work, and more good news.
