Johnso, I think everyone know a contract or PWA if you will, will be tested over time. That is why we have CA and a grievance process. There are also checks in this process for a reason. :D

That is not correct.

MEC subcommittees are the first to act on resolutions brought by local council. They debate them and then make a recommendation on disposition in front of the whole MEC. The whole MEC then acts.
