Hey ACC is so nice they are letting you do it twice.
I am just guessing but if they waited to assign it to you until after block in, you could not do it. I am guessing that an assignment like this is legal since they were going off of block and not actual since you were not blocked in from the first trip.
Once blocked in future assignments need to go off actual, not scheduled.
Just my guess without getting in to the LOA. I am doing that as I have time. I want to make sure my recollection is correct. If you have a time critical question call your sked chair on 66, or the 800 number that is on the card you carry in your wallet.
