Alright guys. I've been out of the country with limited Internet access since early Monday morning so I need a summary of this past week. Multiple posts is fine. CHOP CHOP!!!!
But with a lot of guys, that's exactly what happened. It happened to me, and I promise you I'm not lying. With the next hike in my pay rate, I'll be back to where I would be under the old NWA contract. Some senior guys have more than made up for it by doing the green slip thing and that's great. But a lot of us aren't at the top of the category to do that.
Curious: How are you just now going to make what you made under the fNW contract where the payrates were considerably lower? Was it the time and a half over 80 thing? Different trip/duty rigs? I've never seen any numbers to back it up other than talking about time and a half over 80.
I was making in year 3 hourly on the 767/757 what the fNW contract had around year 9 or 10 for the 757.

I don't think that's right. They distribute whatever qualifies, in proportion to your W2. IOW, the W2 is used to differentiate between employees, to determine what proportion of the pot everyone gets. But the size of the pot is a variable, and your part of the loot changes accordingly.

What we need to do as a pilot group is unify. Unify, unify, unify! To that end I say, when we come to a fork in the road we take it. And not just nonchalantly, but boldly, mind you. So, no more will "ilk" be taking us down any road, whether it be northern ilk or southern ilk. No more ilk!
Scoop

And another thing. If anyone complains about me starting a sentence with a conjunction I will unleash my robotic Richard Simmons on em!
