On the 320, the training levels are pretty high and they are even using E period sims for new hires. There have been a few that have already resigned prior to going to the sims.

If you use firefox try the icrewmax plugin. It's relativly new.
I downloaded icrewMax, but it doesn't seem to do anything when I hit "Download Schedule". Is there a default download folder? I'm missing something. |

Now not even SWA flight attendants are this good.
Dancing flight attendants. I wonder if GAGA and Katy Perry know their music is being used this way. |

I find it inconceivable that someone would apply, interview, show up for training and then resign because of their sim schedule. I remember back when I got hired they did a pretty thorough background check and if something "unfavorable" showed up that hadn't been previously disclosed, the individual was given the opportunity to resign rather than be fired. Just wonderin'... |

You just nailed the key to the future of every pilot at Delta airlines with more then 10 years to go to retirement. We either get better at customer service or slowly fade away. Even the retirements coming up wont help movement when your down to 300 aircraft.
We really need to step up CS from our end. Sad not to hear anything from the pilots on a 45 minute taxi. Sad to see pilots in dirty uniforms. FA's need to do better job too. I flew Lufthansa and BA this summer and their even domestic service blew me away. A hot meal in coach on a 45 minute flight! I thought there was no money in that! |

There's got to me more; a lot more to the story of their resignations....
