I don't think you know FTB, but I went to Auburn for one year before transferring to Virginia Tech. You were probably only a glint in your daddy's eye but..I was there. Saw Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band play at the basketball arena in 1978. Greatest. Concert. Ever.

WELL WAR CAM EAGLE BUZZ!

You never mentioned that. You're like that other famous guy, Jimmy Buffet. 1 year at Auburn and then he went off to become famous.

Just can't believe Bruce Springsteen came to Auburn. I never saw a big band there. I think Taylor Swift was there recently but I'm about, oh, 12 years from seeing her live and by then I don't think my daughter will know who she is. Unless 80 forces me to take him.

GREAT place to go to school. So good that I decided to do it twice...the post-grad thing as well. Then, had to get serious and quit bar tending...thus the Air Force pilot thingy. Then, Delta. Then, book thingy. Now, trying to hang on to the LAX pilot thingy. My wife and kids are happy...that makes me happy...the dog, I think, is okay with it..I'm not sure. She's German and keeps running away. Most of the time, its when I'm pulling out of the driveway for the slog to LAX and I see her eating the neighbor's garbage.

ACL,

I disagree. With a three hour drive you can leave at any time and be there in three hours. With a three hour flight - you can be there three hours from the flight, if there is a seat. And then you have to leave your house in time to drive to the airport, park and be at the gate in time to get bumped by a DCI Pilot.

PCS Question

So I put in for a swap with the pot for a trip. It is a 5 day trip running the same days as the trip I want to swap it for. The only difference is better layovers and higher value.

I look this morning and I am not awarded the trip. Someone else junior to me is awarded as a white slip. The trip does not depart for a week.

I thought PCS was suppose to honor seniority. Can someone explain this one to me.
