When something goes to Federal Court and you lose - it's been tested. The RLA doesn't mean that you can ignore any judges orders. But you wouldn't know anything about that since you've done nothing but accept what was offered you.

No, airlines don't come to a screaching halt with these types of non-strike options. But it is a good way to get sued for an illegal job action. And lose. Just like APA.

What do you think of folks that take jobs at mainline carriers for "substandard pay"?

You seem insistent upon deflecting the obvious: Major airlines' substandard pay is due to bankruptcy courts. Regionals substandard pay is due to the regional pilots lack of fighting for their proper worth.

Why don't you just quit and go somewhere you can be payed what you think you are worth.

I'd rather stay and fight like hell to get the pay back to where it was plus some. I'm used to fighting. You wouldn't understand.

Read slowly...I can't fight other people's battles. The only thing I can do is fight my battles and hope others see that there are some things worth fighting for.

Why don't you quit and work somewhere you can "earn what you are worth".....

And where would you suggest these pax fella's go to earn what they are worth?
As far as blame there is plenty of that to go around and what's the point of dredging that up again for the umpteenth time?
Move forward and do the best you can ,it's what I did when I decided to switch over to cargo and I have not looked back since .

The thing I have is I have control of my schedule...Controlling my schedule and time off is the most important thing to me....

I didn't "bust my 6" and have mainline friends who work more days than I do....

Don't get too cozy on that CRJ200. It's my understanding ASA won't have many left in the next few years.

You want L&G? Try this one. 330s in SLC. How do I know? Talked with some mechanics there this morning, and they are going to 330 school next month.
