Second that ACL!

This has nothing to do with DAL but I came across this little diddy and thought the Eagle drivers would enjoy this. There are some great shots in this.

YouTube - ????Where Eagles Fly- Sammy Hagar & Eddie Van Halen???

A little Friday night diversion for everyone.

Very cool video, love that song!

I guess EVH gets credit for playing the bass guitar on that one?

As most airlines are moving away from tradition, the new DAL is moving forward with it. Again, I think it makes us even more unique (in spite of the discomfort).

I don't mind the millitary heritage, buzz. I like the uniform and the hat look too, and tell anyone who asks why I still wear my hat that the "chicks" dig it. :)

I was only refering to the "good posture" reference in the FOM. I know that there have been many 5 day DC-9 trips I have done where that was all I could do is slump on the ticket counter to get my pass for my flight home. :D

When I was in new hire training, I used to take the "72" MARTA bus right through those projects to get to the MARTA College Park station. Pretty funny seeing that video!

Heyas,

Meh, they could have at least let the DC-9/88 guys keep the leather jacket. I mean, it's more of a pratical matter on those birds. Besides, it would be like a badge of honor thing...

I used to pick up alot of chicks in my ASA uniform. Went to the double brested look and the pickup rate doubled. I say in the next contract, we go for triple breasted with a vest. Imagine the possibilities!!!!!
