I think the question can be taken the wrong way, so I can see it would offend some.

I think taking a job with the only intent of getting a type rating and then jumping ship show a very low level of integrity, regardless of the company.

Asking a question like this throws alot of assumptions with regards to an individuals' intentions. I could see how some DAL guys would go on an offensive after hearing it.

Agreed, however, I would guess that some prefer the junior west coast bases, 15 days off on reserve, and the ability to make more by flying more.
