Does anyone know of some good commuter hotels in Atl? Looks like I might be spending the night there.

Country Inn and Suites ATL South. $50 ish out the door. Priceline not needed. Tell them you are a Delta pilot and they will give you that rate, space available.

Hey anyone know the best place to get 3oz Deet with heavy concentration. The places I've check only had large quantities or nothing at all. This is for personal travel and trying to carry bags on.

I second the REI recommendation.

A couple of folks mentioned 100% deet (JungleJuice, MAX, etc.). As DFW pointed out, that stuff is nasty. It will eat through plastic and destroy *ester/nylon type fabrics. I highly recommend sticking with a 40% concentration spray and double bag it. Repel and Ben's (at REI) both have 1 oz spray bottles. Ben's also makes 30% wipes in individual packages that are very handy. The downside to wipes and creams is the deet is now on your hands and very hard to remove if you need to wipe around your eyes or eat.
