The MEC is the issue, not the NC.

Just because the NC gets it direction from the MEC, doesn't mean they will do what the MEC says.

Oops! "RTFS", I guess. My bad.

Just read the slides very quickly.

A few points.

looking at a sustainable 10%-12% operating margin

Looking for 5 billion EBITDAR

Annual 1.3 billion CapEx. (Continued improvement)

They have reduced this years CapEx to maintain a 1.8 billion dollar free cash flow.

In 2013 looking at 800 million a year in debt service down from 1.3 billion. That is 500 a million a year in extra cash not spent on debt service.

We were a 31.775 billion dollar company this year. I beleive last year we were around 28.063 billion.

8.4% margin for the year. (Excluding special items)

Actually, that's exactly what it means.

AWESOME iaflyer. There is one slide on there that I'm shocked would've ever gotten out and onto a professional presentation. It wouldn't pass on this website.

Take away is that a new fleet could be paid for in cash, or the majority of it. They have reduced this years CapEx to maintain a 1.8 billion dollar free cash flow.....
Don't forget about the strategic advantage they say they get from their direct relationship with employees.

Saw this:

Ingredients haven’t been the problem at Georgia. According to Scout.com, one of the major recruiting services, Richt’s classes since 2002 have ranked 9, 11, 6, 4, 4, 17, 5, 4, 21. Another service, Rivals, has had the Dogs 3, 6, 6, 10, 4, 9, 7, 6, 15. Georgia has gone 14-12 in the last two seasons and won the Independence bowl in 2009 and lost to UCF in the Liberty Bowl.

Here are some more numbers for you: 63, 73, 73, 114, 54, 63. Those were the rankings of TCU’s last six recruiting classes. The Horned Frogs went 36-3 in the last three seasons, including two BCS bowl wins.

Shows you how much recruiting classes matter. I know some folks that I swear have said every February that this is 'the year' that UGA wins it all while watching 4 other conference rivals win the last 5 in a row.

TCU came real close, that defense is scary good. Being in the Big East means a real chance this year.

Hey they tout it, so they probably want to keep it. Remember that.
