Those do not reflect individual compensation which is the issue. All the other policy quotes you reference are fine and dandy if they are followed to the letter and there is not wiggle room for creative interpretation.

At the end of the day individual compensation will tell the story of whether policy is being complied with or interpreted to an individuals advantage -everything else is a deflection.

I'm assuming you do something with the union by your familiarity with the policy - what would you think if it proved correct that you could make 30% more than the average line pilot of the same seniority working in the ALPA office? Would you support that or think it problematic?

Because prior to 2010, zero had flowed. Does that mean had furloughs occured at that time, zero could have flowed back? That doesn't sound right. If 405 could have flowed back in 2008, 2009 and 2010, then why couldn't 405 flow back now? And if CPS adds another 200 or 300+ pilots who can not flow up, and therefore DL pilots can not flow down, do the 405 that can flow still go to the top?
DAL furloughs can flush the entire CP list. It is not dependent upon how many have flowed. There is only 1 that bypassed the flow, and he will remain #1 on the list in the event of a flush. Every pilot hired before 8/15/10 (pretty sure on that date) has flow up rights. Every pilot thereafter does not.

Oh, ASA and Bob Arnold get a lot of credit for hiring DAL furloughed pilots. Just how many did they hire and how many of those were former ASA? Then compare that number to the ASA/CMR hires at Delta 2006-2008.
Slow, so I don't have the right to be offended? Hell I'm offended about 83 hires at CAL because I met pilots who stayed out and suffered for it, so why shouldn't I be offended by what happened to my coworkers and my company after 9/11?

And going forward I made clear I hope they take into account individuals, and given there were OH pilots in my new hire class it's obvious that they have. But the comair situation will forever hang over as long as one or both exist.

Btw, I've had bad run ins with CMR pilots on 2 occasions over the years- but I still give pilots there, as well as anybody, a clean slate and take them one at a time, that's all I hope anyone else will, right?

I mean I don't want everyone to judge me because I look like Tom Brady, I can't chuck the ball as far as him so should I be judged so prematurely?

Only if you measure the size of your Johnson by the type of airplane you fly.

His account of US$18,765,000.00 million with us has been unclaimed due to unavailability of next of kin/relatives to claim his estate. In accordance with the escheat laws in Cambodia as a kingdom, the Board of Directors of the bank met forth night ago and resolved to turn the estate of the deceased over to Government pause having waited for too long without the deceased relatives/next of kin surfacing property and if this is done, invariably, the funds will end up to become Government property and it is as a result of this that am moved to contact you considering the fact that you share almost the same name with the deceased Comair. Hope the money will be intact pending until my physical arrival at your end for sharing?

I too would like to see actual dollar figures reported to coroborate the policy you quoted and factually confirm or disprove the concerns raised. I agree its our money and we have every right to see where it's spent.
From the Delta MEC Policy Manual. Good luck getting the info in writing.

SECTION 10 − MEMBER COMPENSATION
A. Delta MEC flight pay loss/member compensation will be in accordance with the ALPA
Administrative Manual, Section 60.M.
B. ALPA-paid (directly or by reimbursement to the carrier) flight pay loss/compensation
received by members will be available to the MEC and membership upon reasonable
request.
