Okay here is my contention. RAH could do whatever they wanted with Midwest and Frontier, have as many certificates as they wished and still operate under a CPA with us as long as their DCI aircraft were 76 seats and 86,000 lbs or less and their non Delta flying was in aircraft certified for less than 106 passengers and configured for 97 seats or less.

But their Midwest E190s came in at 99 seats and their fleet of 54 Frontier branded Airbii are all 120-162 seaters and their 15 fleet 99-seat E190s all violate our PWA per 1.D and 1.C and per 1.B.

The only way you claim it's not a violation is to say that beyond the NMB ruling of STS on pilot representation and the IBT and ALPAs stances on STS you must believe there is no STS because of multiple certificates. But if USAir split their operations up by fleet type and created seperate certificates for each and then acquired 76 seaters and held out for a Delta DCI CPA there us no way anyone in their right mind would not call them out as an sts. to me, RAH is just as blatant.

How do you schedule a deviated dead head? Is it done via ecrew/icrew? If so, where in there?

When you get to the main icrew page it's the blue box at the bottom right that says jumpseat/deadhead. It's the box next to the one that says "swap with friends" and has a picture of a 10 year old girl which is to the right of the box that says "setup friends" and shows a couple's wedding picture.

I don't have access to it, but apparantly DALPA made some arguments in front of ALPA national years ago stating that ASA, CMR, and DAL were not a single carrier, or single airline. It seems if we make the argument that CHQ and Shuttle are the same airline as Frontier, CMR could then come back and try it again.

I don't know, just what I was told.

I know we arent going to solve this on this message board, but you are talking about a hypothetical situation and I am talking about a black and white situation: The language in our section 1.

Maybe the jumpseat button would be easier to spot if it had the proper clip art such as for jumpseating:

Or deadheading:

There are some discounts under the Employee Perks tab on the DLNet.

If you have any ties to the Military there are a bunch of discounts right now.

There was never a case brought to the NMB. Comair was arguing for a "PID" which is an internal ALPA thing. The ALPA Executive Board are the ones who turned down the "Policy Initiation Date". (Comair and ASA wanted to invoke the ALPA Merger Policy. That's where "PID" comes from. They still would have had to get it by management even if ALPA had gone along. That's the point where the NMB would have gotten involved. Instead we got the RJDC lawsuit)
