I wouldn't be suprised. It will have to be soon if they are going to meet the 6 months notice requirement. I was suprised more 747SOs were not displaced on this APA.

The plane had the best trips I've flown at DAL. A lot of dinner and a movie trips (fly a 4+ hour leg and dead head home same day), tons of caribbean and central american flying, long layovers and highly productive trips. I just didn't like the plane all that well. The classic 737 was a better flying plane and I tired of the long flights in a 737 cockpit. Personally, I hope those guys stay on it. I prefer the 757 any day to it.

ANC is nothing new. They did not want to make a public announcement to early and scare their customers off. They waited until their customers "Notice of Cancellation" coincided with the base closing.
Not going to SOC, words from leadership's mouth's.

82 credit not hard time... but it still makes me only get 14 or less days off... Compared with the 17-18 off I was getting with the 68-72 hour ALV last year at this time.
