Yes. The sauna is good for a loss of at least 5 pounds. Being too tired to eat is good for another 5. :D

Let's be clear Carl, the only reason any of us got a penny out of this is because it was Lee's idea. If you don't believe me, then go back and read the transcript of Dave Stevens arbitration testimony and he will tell you so. The negotiators negotiated the deal, but the plan was his. This had never been done before in the history of airline mergers ever. You can thank him at your leisure.
Lee has never been the subject of a recall ever in his tenure as MEC Chairman. Your facts are dead wrong. You continue your tyrant lecture, but again, no facts, no evidence just your ranting. Can't you even come up with ONE NAME? I mean everyone is getting this treatment, and you can't find one guy who will fess up. |

OK guys, PM me your e-mail and I'll send you the ZipLine where the discussion of the scope sale is outlined. We went to the farmer's market with Chickens to sell a whole year and a half PRIOR to bankruptcy.
But back to the schelp that sold his chicken. Now that he owns fewer and fewer chickens his respect amongst the farmers has decreased and instead of driving the market price for chickens he finds himself having to sell his chickens at whatever price the market will bear. So when did DAL first let 76 seaters in? How many DCI RJ's were there prior to the merger? |

Ya sure, amongst farmers who were unable to coral their chickens to begin with, and had them running all over the barn yard. Makes em' feel good about their own mess to look at someone else's :D

In the 90's DAL didn't have a seat limit for a carrier over which we didn't have operational control. ASA had 3 BAE-146's on property (88 and 100 seats) that DAL code shared on, with orders for 9 more. DAL's contract 96 allowed those that were already on order, but then closed the door on large RJ's. DAL management didn't get 76 seat RJ's until LOA-51 (June 1, 2006) in bankruptcy. I think the first 76 seater showed up in early 2007, but I'm not sure. |

Don't forget...the first EVER RJs were permitted at DAL. Thanks guys....
Nu The first CRJ orders came to Delta Connection (CMR and SKYW) in 1993. There were a bunch of operators of "other" regional jets. Beginning 10 years earlier Air Wisconsin, then Aspen, Presidential, and WestAir had BAE-146 in significant numbers, and Horizon operated F28 beginning in 1985. Of course, NWA had their own first with Mesaba, allowing an RJ-85 to be flown with a first class section while complying with mainline scope beginning in 1997. If you'd like we can get into Compass again...always appreciate the constructive dialogue, Nu. Thanks, guy!:D |

I remember the first Skywest 900 I saw in ATL when I was walking around the MD-88 on IOE...that thing was almost as long as the 88. Couldn't believe what I was seeing. I think the first 76 seaters arrived a bit before that time though (first part of 2007), since there were already 170s cruising around as well as a few 900s. |

I guess the Biscoffs have lost a bit of their newness after a few years, but when I saw the Twix bars a few weeks ago. Yep. Everytime i walked by that beautiful brown box with the nice red writing on it I grabbed one... |
