I just checked the DTW 20 website & can't find the most recent newsletter. It was however emailed to DTW pilots.
Maybe it's just a DTW Resolution??

I was recently emailed the latest DTW Newsletter. It's on Page 6. It may just be a DTW resolution. Perhaps I'm confusing myself.
