I'm wondering if anyone else read a recently passed Delta MEC resolution.

AI 11-141A which is a resolution from the MEC for No Scope Relief.

No scope relief is a start but scope recapture is mandatory.

You mean they didn't table it? I'm shocked! Perhaps they are feeling some pressure finally....

I agree with you, but I feel this is a starter that at least deserves some recognition. Many have been shouting for this, & it has happened. It's a step in the right direction.
